Rainy day? Not a day for walking? Why not visit Lords Antiques & Salvage (5 mins walk),

Ingleton Pottery (10 mins walk and other shops in Ingleton village,

The Folly Museum and Coffee House, Settle home to the Museum of Craven life and temporary exhibitions, plus other shops of Settle.

Or, enjoy an underground adventure at White Scar Cave (5 mins drive) or Ingleborough Cave

Both caves are underground and hard-hats are provided as you're shown the geological features.

Within 30 mins drive or so, visit The Dales Countryside Museum at Hawes or Lancaster Castle.

Our borough town is Skipton, with a range of shops, canal walks (and boat trips) and the fabulous Skipton Castle. Well worth a visit, and about 35 minutes' drive.

We would like to reassure you that we are definitely open, and operating in accordance with Govt guidelines, which will shortly be legislation.

We'd like to thank people for postponing previous bookings to take an autumn break with us. As from this Thursday, 24th September, face coverings will be required when not dining (only a short time in reality, from when you arrive and when you are leaving your own room or sat in the lounge). We still provide a warm distanced welcome and look forward to seeing you.
